SOP-024 / SOP v1.0
Sources versions and scientific publication
Updating compounding.gr and the controlled collection.
Procedure
- Record source, exact edition, page and access date. Distinguish an active monograph from a historical extract or secondary database.
- Check formula and each new claim against the relevant full evidence. Publisher credibility does not prove a reference supports the particular field.
- Keep editorial status, operational readiness, BUD basis and redistribution permission separate. None implies the others.
- For each file assess licence, exceptions and commercial use/translation. Subscription and attribution do not establish permission for bulk publication. Unclear permission remains a publication restriction, not assumed free use.
- Update the same data in PDFs, Greek/English pages, search JSON and lists. Keep change history separately; critical compounding restrictions remain in the appropriate monograph field.
- Before publication check links, unique-ID count, correct version and absence of patient personal data. Publish after scientific and rights review is complete.
Stop criterion
Source mismatch or undocumented redistribution permission: do not publish the affected file.
