Outcome of the 16 issues
Eight issues have a defined documented implementation route: seven through the specified purchased anionic wax and one through the exact FTM formula/source period. Two entries are finalized for specialist reference. Six remain non-executable references with specific evidence and acceptance criteria. Unavailable laboratory evidence is not represented as completed.
Water activity and stability
SOP-036 supplies the final policy and complete bilingual proposed laboratory design. F-022 records evidence and the actual decision. Water activity is not indiscriminately required for every formulation and does not demonstrate chemical stability.
Sources and rights
The 48 BP records, editions and supplied-extract provenance are retained, together with equivalent attribution to other sources. No complete licensed publisher originals were added or claimed newly accessed. Reuse-rights status remains as documented in the data. An unanswered request is not recorded as permission.
