Μέθοδος

Κοσκινίστε άμυλο στα 250 μm, διασπείρετε στο ύδωρ και προσθέστε γλυκερόλη. Θερμάνετε αναδεύοντας στους 100–105 °C έως πάχυνση· ψύξτε. Αποφύγετε ανοξείδωτο σκεύος.

Method

Sieve starch at 250 µm, disperse in water and add glycerol. Stir at 100–105 °C until thickened; cool. Avoid stainless steel.
